About PACE Atlas (Primary, Alternate, Contingency, and Emergency Plans)
PACE Atlas (Primary, Alternate, Contingency, and Emergency Plans) helps households and trusted neighborhood groups prepare personalized evacuation plans built around their people, starting locations, transportation, and destination options.
Our initial focus is pre-incident wildfire preparedness in a Southern California pilot area. The goal is a usable, reviewed map pack with clear responsibilities, visible uncertainties, and materials you can download, print, and rehearse.
A mapped road is not proof of permission, passability, or safety. We keep evidence and unresolved questions explicit. PACE Atlas is a planning prototype—not emergency dispatch, fire prediction, or live autonomous evacuation navigation. Official incident instructions remain central.
Start with the people you need to move.
Gather your household's needs and prepare options before an incident.
